Enjoy stunning panoramic hilltop views from the Hazard mountains over the green coastal bush land and in toward the Swanwick river mouth with all-day sunshine beaming through the large windows and bouncing off the polished wooden floors and clean white space.

Both deck spaces are beautiful sun traps which we’ve designed with comfort in mind, each deck has a spacious outdoor daybed for either a morning coffee breathing in the fresh coastal air and basking in the glorious morning sunshine. Whilst off the Master bedroom is another private deck space with a large daybed, picnic seating and space to sit back and soak up the last of the afternoon sunshine with a glass of local east coast Tasmanian wine, reflecting in the serenity.  Swanwick runs parallel with Sandpiper beach with access only a 2 minute walk in either direction bringing adventure to your doorstep.

The small township of Coles Bay is only a 5 minute drive with more pristine white beaches and then onto the mountainous Freycinet National Park. You could also take a drive 5 minutes back along the Coles Bay road and visit the expansive surf spot of Friendly Beaches and see if you can see the remains of the Shipwreck Viola who ran aground in 1857 and of which the property is named after.
